OUR RETURN POLICY

We're so confident you'll love our Parcil Safety brand products that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a refund or exchange by notifying us within 30 calendar days after your purchase (the “Authorization Window”) and returning it to us within 30 calendar days after you receive a return authorization (the “Return Window”).

Parcil Safety guarantees that we will do everything we can to ensure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise for any reason, please call or email us to obtain authorization for a full refund or exchange within the Authorization Window. We accept returns for any reason or no reason within 30 days of purchasing the product. For return, repair, or replacement you must obtain a return authorization by filing your claim by contacting Customer Service at 855-715-1400 or service@parcilsafety.com.

For all returns within the Authorization Window, Parcil Safety provides a prepaid return label, but we are not responsible for providing a return box. The customer is responsible for returning the product in new and unused condition. Package the item securely and return. We recommend UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS shipment because they allow the package to be tracked and insured. Replacements cannot be made on products that are not received.

If the product is returned within the Return Window but we deem the product not resellable, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product and processing it. International customers requesting a return label will be charged an international shipping fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded once the returned products are received.

No refunds or returns will be provided for any product without a return authorization. No refunds or returns will be provided for any product received outside the Return Window.

RETURNS WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE

For products returned without proof of purchase (in the case of a gift), we will gladly exchange the product for an identical product or issue a refund in the form of a Parcil Safety credit, using the lowest price offered in the last 30 days plus applicable sales tax.

EXCEPTIONS

Parcil Safety operates in alignment with our returns policy, Vision and Values when processing returns and asks our Customers to do the same. We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges. Other restrictions may apply. 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products are covered by our one year limited warranty, which is fully detailed below. If a product is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt.

If you wish to claim there is a defect with your item after the 30 day return window has expired, or after using the product, you may contact us with your concerns at 855-715-1400 or service@parcilsafety.com. The unit will be subject to an inspection from Parcil Safety. The inspection process will consist of photo or physical evidence of the defect. Photos can be submitted via email. If the item requires physical inspection, the return shipping to our facility must be paid by you. If we deem the item defective, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement to you. 

  • If we find the unit IS defective, the replacement item shipping will be paid by Parcil Safety.
  • If we find the unit NOT to be defective, the return shipping of the unit must be paid by you. If you refuse to pay the return shipping after 30 days, you agree to forfeit ownership of the item to us. 

WARRANTY TERMS

Our limited one year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for every “Parcil Safety” brand product, with proof of purchase. In this case, you may receive a replacement part, a replacement product, or Parcil Safety store credit, in our sole discretion.

Parcil Safety warrants our products and accessories to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for one year after purchase by the original owner from Parcil Safety or an authorized reseller. We will repair or replace the product, at our discretion, if it is determined by us to be defective. Damage to the product from misuse, abuse, neglect, use of other than Parcil Safety brand accessories, disassembly, defective batteries, or altering the product from its original state voids the warranty. Battery power depletion and battery expiration is not covered. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights with respect to faulty or defective goods.

THIS CONSTITUTES PARCIL SAFETY'S ENTIRE WARRANTY; WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, PARCIL SAFETY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INDIRECT COSTS OR DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF PARCIL SAFETY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF, NOR IS PARCIL SAFETY LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH COSTS OR DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, MALFUNCTION, ALTERATION, OR MODIFICATION OF ANY PARCIL SAFETY PRODUCTS. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES PARCIL SAFETY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of your original payment method within 48 hours. 

Once a return authorization label is requested, we must receive the product within 30 days. After this period, returns and refunds will not be issued.
