USA SHIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Parcil Safety offers fast shipping to the contiguous United States and military post office boxes, but may charge additional shipping fees for Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories.
Handling times at our warehouse are usually up to two (2) business days, but processing may take longer depending on order volume during sales events or other circumstances. Transit times for domestic orders typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier. We primarily ship via UPS or USPS, which may experience occasional delays.
Parcil Safety is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Once a package leaves our warehouse, tracking and delivery are managed by the shipping carrier.
Unless specifically stated on product pages, all items are being shipped from the United States.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the Consumer or is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, the Consumer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds will be processed minus shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
If the shipment is returned to Parcil Safety under any circumstances, the Consumer is liable for any and all fees incurred by Parcil Safety. Including but not limited to outbound and return shipping fees, a 20% restocking fee, and any other fees that may be imposed on Parcil Safety. We will refund you the remainder of your initial payment within 7 business days of receiving your return.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Parcil Safety offers international shipping but does not cover VAT, duties, taxes, or any other fees imposed by the destination country. The Consumer is responsible for paying any such charges upon delivery.
Parcil Safety must also follow all applicable export regulations for some products. If a product requires filing, we may ask for additional information from the consumer to legally export your order.
Handling times at our warehouse are usually up to two (2) business days, though processing may take longer due to the paperwork required for export, high order volume from sales events, or other circumstances. Transit times for international orders typically range from 10 to 15 business days, depending on carrier performance and the import process of the destination country. Customs delays may extend these time frames.

If You, the Consumer, refuse to pay any of the aforementioned Fees and/or the shipment is returned to Parcil Safety under any circumstances, the Consumer is liable for any and all fees incurred by Parcil Safety. Including but not limited to outbound and return shipping fees, a 20% restocking fee, and any other fees that may be imposed on Parcil Safety. We will refund you the remainder of your initial payment within 7 business days of receiving your return.
