The AG-100 is constructed out of a silicone-lined heavy-duty facepiece containing both intake and exhaust valves. The exhaust valve is situated at the bottom of the facepiece to maintain downward airflow, resulting in zero fogging when worn with eye protection or glasses.
The particulate pre-filter is situated inside a snap-fit enclosure featuring a sturdy hinge for long-term durability. The enclosure was manufactured for easy and convenience, allowing smooth filter exchange without missing a beat. The A-G-1 pre-filter is crafted from several layers of nonwoven fabric tested to provide protection against 95% of particulates down to 0.3 microns including dust, pollen, bacteria, and air pollution.
The AG-100 features an easy on, easy off single strap for a quick, secure fit. The strap is made from strong, dense elastic that lays smoothly without snagging or pulling against hair or skin. Its sleek construction layers well beneath hats, hoods, and helmets.
